Satsafe is delighted to be working on behalf of Transport for Greater Manchester’s Joint Road Safety Group, in Project TED, a three-month study on safe driving behaviour that uses our telematics technology to gather data from participants’ vehicles in terms of it’s acceleration, braking, speed and cornering.
With this data, we are able to produce individual driver scores for each and every journey and where exceptions occur, we can share that specific journey with drivers with advice on how to improve. Think of us as your 24/7, driving assistant and coach.
The best part is that by using our technology (TED the robot’s head), participants instantly qualify to receive competitvely priced ‘black-box’ insurance from our specialist young insurer partner Woop. You also have the peace of mind knowing that should something go wrong, then you have the backup of a whole range of services designed to help you get back on the road quickly and the with minimum of fuss and bother.
We hope you enjoy using the service and look forward to helping you to become a safe, confident driver as you take to the roads.
